I am officially a mod at walkingdead_tv on Live Journal!  Last season I started putting up discussion posts because nobody else was, and there are precious few TWD comms. Which is odd, since the show is happening now and it's so hugely popular. I'm very happy about this. There are still things I'm unclear about, like creating tags.

My SAM stories have been racking up a decent amount of hits on AO3. The first one, "Dancing And Singing and Farting," will crack 400 in the next day or so.  Not a lot for most fanfic, but I'm very pleased.  There have been a few (very few) reviews, so it was a tremendous pleasure last night when someone reviewed each fic separately, and left this on the last one:

Nice wurds )

I can't wait to do "No, You Tell It!" tonight. On Monday night I rehearsed the other storyteller's piece.  Our styles in both writing and performing are polar opposites.  Jeff's coming, along with his friend Mike. Because I'm old and don't want to wear my glasses, I'm resetting the type to 20 and only 2/3 of the page so I don't have to look down too much.  Whee!

“Lost Souls” – While investigating the murder of a man who killed a mother and son years earlier while driving drunk, Danny and Baez are torn between doing their job and finding justice after discovering the connection between the suspect and the victim. Also, Anthony is conflicted when Erin asks him to wear a wire to incriminate his old friend who is involved with the Russian mob, on BLUE BLOODS, Friday, Feb. 10 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Robert Sean Leonard guest stars as Charles Beard, a murder suspect.

I don't drink, but if I did...

The coolest part, which isn't mentioned in the article, is that the label is an exorcism!  Perfect for getting rid of pesky dinner guests!

Robert Sean Leonard will be playing King Arthur in a revival of 'Camelot', at the Westport Playhouse in Westport, Connecticut, starting next month!  [livejournal.com profile] flywoman is coming to stay with us and see the big show!

I've been getting mailings from the theater, and today received a link to a rehearsal video. I noticed they don't have RSL singing much, but WHO CARES?  HE'S FUCKING GORGEOUS!

If you want, I can also post one or two other related vids.

There's a great comm that's taken over from [livejournal.com profile] rsl_daily, called [livejournal.com profile] rsl_fans.  It can satisfy most of your Robert Sean Leonard needs...short of the reall Robert Sean Leonard

You folks have no idea what you're missing if you're not a member of http://housemd-what-if.livejournal.com/!

There are a huge amount of every kind of story you can kind imagine, and some you can't!   A great deal is House/Wilson, too!

AND, since "The Princess And The Peeved" made their list, they interviewed ME this week!

Link to the wittiness

Not only that, the previous interview is with [livejournal.com profile] blackmare !!! Having just read [livejournal.com profile] black_cigarette's amazing "Bad Company" and "Aftershocks," I was delighted to read it!

Get over there and have fun!

Whatever other feelings (or lack thereof) I have about this season ender, this is a great video. The vocal is Ruth, Brianna and Emily!!!  It beautifully captures the bravery of the guys and acknowledging their history without going for pathos or nobility. Much, much better than the show itself.
